VTM Privacy Policy

This policy covers the current VoiceTaskManager.com website only — the public landing page, guides, and early-access waitlist. VTM's full product, including any voice-mission or connected-account features, is not yet available, and this policy will be updated before any such product processes connected account data or voice missions.
Information we collect
The site collects information you choose to submit through the waitlist form, which may include:
- Your email address
- An optional description of the first job you would delegate to VTM
- An optional use-case selection
- Referrer and campaign parameters (such as UTM values) associated with your visit
How the waitlist form is processed
Waitlist submissions are currently processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, your information is sent to Formspree and then to us. We do not control Formspree's infrastructure and encourage you to review their own privacy practices if you have concerns.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate visitor behaviour, such as which pages are viewed and which links are clicked. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser.
How we use this information
We use submitted information for early-access communication and product research — for example, to contact selected waitlist members as prototypes become available, or to understand what outcomes people would want VTM to handle. We do not sell your information.
What this site does not yet do
The current landing page does not provide the proposed agent integrations described elsewhere on this site (email, calendar, GitHub, analytics connections, browser automation, or similar). No connected-account data is collected or processed by this website today.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of information you submitted by contacting write@digiwares.xyz.
Changes to this policy
Because VTM is an early-stage, pre-launch product, this policy is expected to change as the product develops. We will update this page before launching any feature that processes connected account data or voice missions.
